I've known that Zim, aside from being curious and self-centered invader, is overreactive (as known in "Germs"). So, I thought it'll be an interesting experience of Zim's reaction to Dib giving birth to their smeets. Poor Dib in labor is not happy about it. Also, Gir is holding up the camcorder to record the birth. And I'm not that proud with the background itself. I don't know if this is ZADR since Dib doesn't like being the mom, but Zim cared for him at least.
